We manufacture our products just for you. You may choose from our standard designs, or submit your own design, and we will make it for you. Our company has been a pioneer in the application of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) in the jewelery business
Shipping
Order Processing. The time it takes to ship your order depends on the item. For standard items, we ship within 3 to 5 business days. For personalized items, it takes from two to three weeks.
Shipping Methods. We ship all orders in The Continental U.S.A. free by UPS ground, regardless of value. Orders above $500.00 are shipped free via FedEx 2nd day. We only ship to street addresses, not to P.O. boxes. Signature is required upon delivery. All shipments are insured to your doorstep, thus the signature requirement.
Alternate Shipping Address. If you will not be able to to receive the package at your billing address, we can ship to an alternate address, but for security, that address must be accepted by your credit card company.
International Orders. We ship worldwide via FedEx only, as it is the most secure way.
Customs Duties and VAT Charges. Your country's customs regulations may require that you pay customs taxes on your order. It is your responsibility to pay all customs duties and VAT taxes. If customs charges you taxes, and you fail to pay them within a reasonable time, customs may attempt to collect these charges from us, and we will then charge your credit card upon receiving a bill from customs if such a case occurs. On FedEx shipments, your country's customs will usually use FedEx as a third-party billing service and bill you separately.
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to any countries or persons where we are unable to accurately verify credit card information or where we feel that there may be a security issue to ship your item.
Warranty
We stand behind our products and we are committed to our customer's entire satisfaction. We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects, and the fine metal content is as that stamped on the item. If the customer deems any of our products defective, we will accept the return only if shipped back to us within 5 business days after being received by the customer. Subject to our inspection and provided it is in its new and original condition, the item will be promptly replaced by a new one. The customer must obtain from us a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA). See below for procedure.
Return Policy
We will refund, exchange or replace any unused item within 5 days after receipt by the customer, subject to the following:
All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. For a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA number on the outside of the return package.
Merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt for exchange if defective or for wrong size, provided it is its new and in original condition. If the merchandise is defective or is of the wrong size due to an error in our part, we will exchange it for another one of the same style in the correct size, at no cost.
If the customer orders an item in the wrong size, we will exchange it for one of the same style in the correct size, subject to the following conditions:
a.- If the item is a ring, there will be a charge for remaking a new ring in the correct size. This charge may vary with the style, size and current price of gold; please contact us and we will inform you of the exact charge. These rings are individually made, and because the design goes around seamlessly, there is no place for resizing and thus they have to be made from scratch.
b.- There is no refund allowed for personalized rings or special or any made to order item.
c.- Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges.
For any order which includes specific requests from the customer, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the listed price of the item, if the cancellation is requested 24 hours after the order is placed.
Payment
We only accept payment by credit card: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Pricing & Taxes
Prices shown in our site do not include any taxes. Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey.
Availability, as well as prices of our products may be subject to change without notice. If in any case, by error or omission, the price and/or description is incorrectly displayed on our web site, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we can not honor erroneous prices. Fortunately, this type of error seldom occurs.
